Takes over an hour to contact a representative. Paid my phones off and cable and their still billing me. No one can give me answers . I've had 3 different stories of why they want me to pay another 300$. Finally contacted representative and he gave me a email that can't be contacted. I'm so done with this place. And stole my phone # I had for 16yrs. I did report to BBB. Wouldn't suggest at all.

Spectrum is an example of a bad corporate actor. Jacked up internet fee when we discontinued TV services, and steadily increased it for years afterwards because they did not have competitors in our area with comparable speed service. After seeing ad after ad for discounted Internet service for new customers, we called to ask about the pricing for our service. Spectrum declined to offer us anything and said our current plan was our only option. When competition finally came to our area we dropped Spectrum as soon as we could. They had to nerve to ask me if I had contacted Spectrum about pricing offers - uh yes we did and you told us to pound sand. We received one last parting gift when we cancelled, Spectrum declined to pro-rate our last bill for the 15 unused days of service. Good riddance.
