Yes you can, but I don't advise you do anything else there, the people are no help. If you call and use the options to cancel all services you get better help on the phone.

Question can spectrum change your billing date from the middle of the month to the 7of the mount with out letting you know it's not due till the 21st of the month now they told us it's the 7 mouth why.
