So after 25 years with my current La-Z-Boy rocker recliner, plus moving into a new home, we’ll, it was time for a new chair. So we headed to the La-Z-Boy store and was greeted by Jason, the store manager. He was so polite and answered our every question. After some negotiation, we arrived at a great price. We’re so looking forward to the next 25 years of “rocking” comfort 😊👍.

The La-Z-Boy store does not repair Southern Motion but feel free to call 502-671-0033 for a possible repair contact in the Louisville Ky area. Ask for Jason-he will be in on Tuesday.
The La-Z-Boy Store in Louisville is practicing all Covid-19 safety procedures. All employees wear masks and we require all customers entering the store to do so as well. We are practicing social distancing and are cleaning and disinfecting the store on a regular basis. Thanks for your inquiry
I didn't order anything from them. I only service their building for pest control. I'm sure they are expedient and very professional.
You should call them, I really don't know.

No. I had the same question 4 months ago. They can fix the frame and mechanical parts, but the will not reupholster.
If it it a power chair it should have a small box that needs batteries, so the chair will operate when the power goes out. I hope this helps.
The frame is bent on the mechanism more likely. Depending on the age you may have to get a new one.
