My phone is broken; I don't have insurance. I am on Spectrums' new mobile discount. still paying on phone as well. How can I get another phone? Disabled & phone is a necessity: Medical numbers etc., on phone only. Thank you for your promptness!

I would see if someone had a phone they can give you that is compatible with Spectrum (Verizon), if possible see if you can purchase a low cost Android phone off Amazon!
