Fairway Mngmt cannot keep management or maintenance people employed. Very difficult to get issues fixed. They expect residents to comply with rules, but when rules are violated, no lease violations are issued. The property has gone downhill in the last 10 years.

They suck bad maintenance mold issues lots of water under building's Management is Horrible.
