Love this place! Drop off you waste, and pick up like new items like paint, stain, cleaners, plant food, gasoline, motor oil.... The list goes on! You can make appointments on their website super easily, though drop off and pick up are separate appointments. Limit is around 12-15 items per appointment ,I think depending on stock. COVID notes: every worker I have encountered has worn a mask and some times gloves too. People picking up is metered by appointments, so is drop off. Workers typically give lots of space at both as well for you to move about while still doing their job. Only thing is I wish you weren't limited on items you can have, but I can see where it's needed. 9/10

I made an appointment to take materials for drop off, did not see on the site that there was a weight limit. The email I got showed the weight limit but also said "at the discretion of the employee." A friend did me a favor and took my things to HHW, was told it weighed too much (it was NOT weighed) and was told at least 3 more appointments would be needed to drop off all items. There was no one ahead of him and no one waiting behind him, so the employee wasn't very helpful in this regard. Really need more understanding people working there.
