The guy who installed my wifi was extremely rude.. Slammed my door, wouldn't respond to me when I'd ask questions, and I realized after he left he walked off with my extra cable cords like they were his!

We have scaled back on cable TV and needed to return equipment no longer needed. The customer service representative on duty yesterday 9-7-2022 was incredibly polite and helpful.

Drove all the way up to Waterloo from Hazelton to get a new modem that didn’t work. Not highly impressed had their service for 20 days now and it’s been down all but 4 days. Have to wait a week each time a service technician comes out.

Everyday at night my internet it always disconnected I don't know what's going on
Alana Warner. Are you referring about Mediacom or Facebook? If you're referring to Mediacom call them directly or go into the office near Walmart.
When they installed my box they said I have to call Mediacom to change my wifi password, which I haven't done yet.
Call in to mediacom customer service, choose 0 for operator i believe, if not then internet troubles and they should help you
I canceled my landline when I went in and paid my bill, it wasn't a problem at all.

Call the office and ask for tech support and they will walk ya thru how to use that feature

Honestly this is not the best place be asking about payment arrangements. Yes you can pay at the office, but either calling customer service or actually going into the office and speaking to a rep is gonna give you the best answer regards to making payment arrangements
You can pay easy inside during business hours and there is also a drop box for after hours
Best to call in to have a service appointment setup so a service technician can come to check it out. Could be a number of things ranging from low signal from the tap, faulty wiring in the house or even bad equipment.

You may want to call them and have them check your modem. They might be able check it remotely. Also when I have problems I unplug mine, wait a few minutes and let it restart. Seems to help.
