Best to call in to have a service appointment setup so a service technician can come to check it out. Could be a number of things ranging from low signal from the tap, faulty wiring in the house or even bad equipment.
Reliability and customer service are often spotty. A lot of the people at the local office have an apathy problem. If you can get ahold of someone from the National customer service office you will have better chance of getting help.
