The Fitness Outlet is great. The whole experience from trying out equipment to delivery and assembly was first class. Mark Wiper was fantastic with his knowledge of the products and providing advice. We were looking for a new house, and they were very flexible with storing the treadmill in their warehouse for 2.5 months until we were ready for delivery. When delivery time came they were on time. Toi and Israel were the best delivery people we have ever seen. They were super careful in bringing the treadmill into the house, took their shoes off, were very helpful in advising where the best placement would be in the room, helped move a couch, assembled the product and gave us great product tips that will allow us to better care for the product. I would definitely recommend The Fitness Outlet to others and we will be returning to purchase more gym equipment.

The entire experience has been simply superb so far ! The follow up , attention to detail and customer service has me bowled over ! Sadie Richmond- an exemplary fitness outlet employee that they are very lucky to have ! I will absolutely only buy my gym equipment in the future ! We ordered the Galena Pro Strength Training System during covid from the fitness outlet. From the get go our representative Sadie was absolutely amazing. Super communicative, always updating us, and easing us through purchasing fitness equipment during one of the hardest times. We paid for the optional professional assembly and it's was money very well spent as the assembly company was also fantastic. We are super happy with the quality of this product and looking forward to using it.
