This place isn’t great to begin with, plus it was way too crowded. I also wish they had some sort of screening before they let people in because there were so many sick kids everywhere. Maybe ask parents “are your kids coughing?” before they let them in, I don’t know. Also just a heads up if you have a nervous autistic kiddo like we do. Most of this play place has this criss cross material for “flooring”, (see photo) and you can’t really avoid it. Our son is very reluctant to walk or crawl across areas that have holes or don’t look stable. This isn’t the reason I’m giving the place a low rating but I wish we would’ve realized before we went because it wasn’t as fun for our son.

Took my 1 year old and 6 year old on a Saturday. The place was packed. The kids nor the parents respect the toddler area. There were bigger kids taking over the entire toddler area, one of them threw a block at my 1 year old which I had to yell at kid to stop. Then a few minutes later my 6 year old comes running up to me crying with her hair destroyed saying this random kid came up to her and as she was using the slide and grabbed her by her hair and was yelling at her. We could not seem to find the parents anywhere! I was livid!! We stayed there for less than 30 min and left the place.

The kids loved it. We had a private party there before the mall opened, so it was interesting being in the dark mall. It's nothing crazy, but it was enough to entertain a bunch of kids for two hours.

Great place to spend an hour or two with the kids. There is a lot for them to do here, and I love how it tires them out. 😁. It can get really busy and kind of hectic at times though so beware!
