Is the AC broken?! Chuck E Cheese used to be a kid fave in our family. This place has gone downhill over the years. The food more than anything else. Many of the games ripped off children when they attempted to Swipe their little debit cards to play. They were charged for more swipes than actual play. And as for the tickets, they are not calculated accurately and added to the game cards as they should be. In all, we will be going elsewhere for family fun in the future. There are many more options to take our children for fun that cost $100!!

First time here at the Lynwood place a the food was nasty I order the large pizza and app sampler got my pizza first and 30 min later my sampler. Got my samplers paid almost $20 and only got 2 descend boneless and the other cramps. While my daughter was eating a slice of pizza she got a hair! That’s a rip off. Lacy workers to you asked them questions about game and they just look at you like they don’t understand you…

They have SCRUBBED this place down. The staff was all adults and not a bunch of teens that don't care like it used to be as well. New staff is AMAZING, friendly, attentive, and walk around spraying and sanitizing equipment regularly. First time we went we did not order anything because well it was not the cleanest before and had a reputation. But the next time we ordered a pizza and it was great. They take everyone's temp at the door, you have to sign in so they can track in case anyone does come down with Covid, masks are required, you have to use hand sanitizer at the door before they will even let you in. No longer crowded, they keep numbers down. Grateful they are open in a safe manner. Felt good about taking the boys there on a rainy day to get out of the house. It is an activity that everyone is happy about my teens and my little!

I asked when my kiddo wanted to go in it and was told NO. LoL
Yes you can bring decorations. Its easier if you can tell them ahead of time because they do also have there own. But when it comes to outside food and drinks you are only aloud to bring your own cake. Everything else has to be made by them sadly.
Sometimes if there is a bad experience they will give you discounts or coupons for future use. Not sure specifics with that situation though
Nope
