They open when they want to open leaving the elderly sitting outside to communicate with eachother since they have nowhere else to communicate. Don't understand why people just don't transfer to another senior center.

I'm more than sure they do because I've seen numerous home attendants HAS going into the building and they also have another location around 163rd street and 3rd Avenue I believe. There may also be more than 2 buildings now. You should Google them for more Info. I believe They are expanding I believe.
