**read the cancellation process** I recommend anyone who is signing up for this gym to read the reviews that are in this section and the contract. it is so ridiculous and expensive to cancel your membership. If you move to a different area and within in 25 miles of fit theorem but still want to cancel the membership you have to pay $400. And if you don’t move within 25 miles of one you have to show your lease of your new place. Save yourself the hassle, don’t sign up for this gym

This 'company' is nothing but a scam. I started my membership around April of 2021 and stopped going in July or August due to my mental health not being the greatest. I have called multiple times to speak with someone to help me cancel my membership and all they do each time is put me on hold and then eventually just hang up. I finally was told to email Fittheorem Billing and that they'd 'help' me, the billing people take days to respond, are not professional, and not helpful whatsoever. I am currently moving so money is tight, and asked for my membership to be paused so I can save $150 a month for bills that are very much more important. Sure! They'll pause your membership, but you're still going to get billed for it, what's the point of pausing it if I'm still going to get billed? Like I said, nothing but a scam. I also paid around $80 for their heart monitor that just ended up getting stolen out of my locker, and they did nothing about it. Also, If you decide to cancel your membership you have to pay $350 in cancellation fees, but get this, you can ONLY cancel your membership if you died, moved and there's not another location within your radius, if you have a medical condition or if your membership is no older than 3 days. BULLS**T!!!! Don't go here unless you want to waste $150 a month for a gym that doesn't care about anything but the money.

Kim (manager) helped turn around what was a disappointing situation to a positive one. What she did is what I call good business practice and service recovery. FitTheorem took over I Love Kickboxing ownership during the time of the pandemic so there was some unclear communication of the change. My membership was on hold during the pandemic however, in the midst of it all, it wasn't clearly explained that there was a name change of the business, which lead to confusion of when memberships were restarted. When I called to ask about this, I was told my membership was expired and nothing could be done about it. After some hoops, I spoke with assistant manager who was polite and professional. She listened to my situation, but was also unable to provide any recovery. Kim followed up with me by phone a couple days later and made a reasonable offer which turned my negative experience to a positive one. I am so happy that she did. I've enjoyed the classes and environment, and very pleased that this was in the end handled properly. Kickboxing is an amazing and fun workout to stay healthy and feeling strong. Thank you, Kim, for making things right. I look forward to returning to classes! It's good to note that once you are signed up, Communications are done mainly by email and Facebook. The building will still also say 'I Love Kickboxing' for the time being at both Everett and Lynnwood locations.

The trainers are fun to work with. They really push you to give your best. They constantly remind you why you’re there. Why you came in today. It motivates me to give it my best. Friendly environment. They make you feel right at home when you enter the doors. I did the 6-week transformation challenge back in October. I was skeptical at first, but I stayed on the plan they gave me and I was so surprised on the results after 6-weeks. What a difference!

Questions & Answers

A lot of positive reviews in short window, seems inorganic. Do they pay for reviews?

It's not paid reviews, the coaches and staff have just asked members to provide reviews If we felt like it. For me it's 5 star, great workout and awesome people.

The link to the website is broken and when I try to view the class schedule it says there is no location near the zip code (I'm in same zip as this location). Help?

I'm currently in a 6 week program. They now have an app that you can download. It has class schedules and things like that. That's what they are using to sign in for classes.

how much is it for per month?

It depends. You can get a deal on groupon first.. After you use your free classes you have to sign up for a membership. They are all different rates. I had the lowest rate at 135.00 a month. You can go as many times a day / week as you want.
