Terrible experience. I have come to this place many times. I always got average service for the amount of money they charge. It was never great or the greatest, however I was always able to book my appointment, come and get the service I requested. My daughter and I had taken the time off from work to have appointments at the same time. My daughter was called one hour before her appointment to let her know that she wouldn't be able to get her haircut because the artist was not available. We said, well, we both will just get our color done. We are walking from the parking lot to the place and I get a phone call. A lady tells me that now, I can't get my color done because the artist had to leave. I had already been warned by a friend not to come here even though she's come for a long time herself. I also heard from other people similar comments. I honestly didn't really want to believe that the service had gone way down. I will not be returning. The lady offered me to put a credit on my account for the service. I can not trust a business that runs like this. Getting our hair done is an extra. It's not an essential service. People schedule hair cuts or color when we have the time around our busy schedules. I do not have time to go all around the city to finally find a Gene Juarez that will have an available appointment so I can finally do my hair to apease them. They do an okay job, but not good enough for somebody to go through all the trouble and withstand the lack of responsibility and professionalism. This is all the administration and management. The workers are just innocent bystanders. This is a serious business and they need to have staff available to cover any sicknesses or people having to leave. Since they always book the place down to the minute. Do yourself a favor and give another business the opportunity. This place does not deserve it unless it radically changes its philosophy and administration.

The people at this hair salon and more are so very helpful I can't wait to see how my hair turns out after my visit with them next week. It's a two hour drive there and back and 3 and a half at least in their salon chair so I'm really exited! I'll post before and After pics them so stay tuned. Also very pricey but I'm sure it'll be worth it! My only wish is that they took cash I prefer cash over plastic.

When I left the salon and got home my highlights that I had done made me whole head look grey. I’m disappointed as this has never happened to me before. The colorist called out sick so when I arrived I was moved to someone else and after the color I had my hair cut which was moved to someone else which she did fine on the cut but it was rushed due to my color starting late and taking longer .the people are nice but my color I’m very unhappy with and don’t know what to do?

Booked an appointment with “any service professional.” Word of advice: Don’t do that. Very disappointed with this salon. The designer cut my hair way shorter than we discussed and completely disregarded the style I asked for. She didn’t ask any questions and dove in. I’ve been trying to grow out my hair out for 2 years and the progress was wiped in an instant. I had considered leaving for fear that my color would be worse off too, but the salon charges a 50% late cancellation fee. The colorist was extremely aggressive during our discussion on what color I wanted and didn’t talk to me at all during the two hours spent in the chair. The color was fine, but my goodness not worth the $450 I paid for it. Insane prices and a very uncomfortable customer experience. Will not be back.
