My first time there but definitely not my last. I was going from shoulder length hair to essentially a pixie cut. My stylist, Lorrie, listened carefully, looked at pictures I showed her of myself from the last time I wore my hair that way and captured it perfectly. The price was less than what I had been paying at my previous salon so that was an added bonus. Everyone there was delightful. I'm in my 70s, and I noticed that several other clients were, too. That's not too surprising since this salon is a stones throw from two senior residences (Fairwinds and one other) but a younger client was leaving as I arrived, so I assume they can meet the wishes of anyone who walks through their doors.

I've been going here for over a decade, as has the rest of my family. Kerry always gives me a haircut that's a "cut above" and at a reasonable price, too! Make sure you book a reservation as drop-ins are probably iffy at best. (He's always that much in demand.)

I booked an appointment for my Mom, visiting from abroad, and I can't say enough good things about this hair salon. First of all, they did they best to squeeze her in their busy schedule, knowing that she was soon leaving town (Thank You!). Then Mr Kerry truly did his best to get a clear picture of what she wanted and needed (not an easy task I'm telling you). It's the first time I hear a hairdresser asking about hair routine at home and such, trying to get a haircut that'd actually match one's lifestyle. My Mom got exactly what she needed! A haircut that is beautiful, yet easy to maintain. When I picked her up, she was so happy! The place is nice, convenient, and there is coffee/tea/water + cookies :) and everyone is very friendly and caring. Thanks again! She will be back :)
