Told me it was pointless to fill out paperwork and that I wouldn't get an appointment because I'm technically not medicaid. Even though they're one of the only places Molina covers and are listed as accepting patients both on their website and on my insurance website. Continued to say that medicaid is more important and that their case loads are already so full there's no way people covered by private insurance could get an appointment.

Staff are nice, kind, and genuine. I have been several other places, even other seamar offices pail in comparison to this one. The walk-in system is used by almost all behavioral health and chemical dependancy outpatient facilities anyway so I don't see why everyone questions it. It is totally worth an hour of my time to get there early and get seen by the staff here. Cara and Jenevieve seem very professional and concerned with patient needs.

I have worked in the drug and alcohol field for nearly 30 years and have had the opportunity to work with Margaret Smith CDP for the last 20 of them. I respect her work and commitment to the clients she works with, which is at times a difficult job to do. Not everyone who ends up in treatment wants to be there and Margaret’s direct, no nonsense approach means that she is willing to say what needs to be said even when it’s not popular. Its unfortunate that we live in a time when people find it easier to write negative reviews than positive ones. As the old saying goes, don’t believe everything you read.

Been trying to get help for my cousin. Was told to show up on a Monday at 8:00 am. Front desk rep states there are no appointments available. Filled out a bunch of paperwork. Was told to come back the following Monday. This time states there is an appointment. Therapist did a intake interview only. Was told a psy nurse or doc would see cousin the next week. Found out that was not true. Once again, there was no appointment. I been trying to get my cousin help for the last two months. No one in the professional field is helping. Cousin condition is deteriorating. SeaMar clinic in Lynnwood for Mental Health should be shutdown. They only make a mental health patients condition worse by constantly saying "I'm sorry, there is no appointments," when they waste your time and gas and tell you to come in. NOT HELPFUL!!!

It's open Monday-Friday 8-5. They sometimes have appointments after 5 but the office is closed so you have to knock on door and wait for someone to let you in.
Run away as fast as you can. They are unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend to anyone
I went and was there to get seen same day. I was early because my health is important to me. If someone is having a crisis there is tons of help out there. Be your own best advocate.
