Me and my mom had a wonderful experience at JR Furniture Lynnwood. Soon after entering the store, we were welcomed by Carlos. We explained what we were hoping to find and he kindly led us to the options that we had around the store. We found an item that we loved, and Carlos made the purchasing process very easy, straightforward and he was very accommodating as well. Very happy with our experience here, will definitely be coming back for future furniture needs.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ordered 2 sofas, both came damaged multiple times. Management could care less about customers having to wait long times to get sofas, all the stress and inconvenience that they caused us, despite taking our money months before we ever get the sofas, which are still damaged. I reached out to management to see what resolution they have for me and they said none because they didn't make money selling me these sofas! How ridiculous is that! Take My word and stay away From them. this was hands down the worst furniture buying experience. You will have much better experience buying from home depot or Costco.

We had a great experience shopping for our living room sofa at JR Furniture in Lynnwood. We were greeted by Bella soon after we entered the store. She was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, answered our questions, helped us browse some ideas and let us look around and decide when we needed some time to think. My husband and I were looking for a sofa sectional that also has a nice color to open up our living space. This was perfect for us, its beautiful and comfortable and fits amazingly in our space. We love it and are thankful for our shopping experience. We even met the owner who also helped us to finalize our decision and arranged for a quick delivery. Thank you!

The sales team at JR really helped guide my decision on my couch purchase. I have bought several pieces of furniture from them and the furniture has held up well over the years. My couch arrived earlier than expected even with all of the shipping issues.
