My family has been going to Virgina Mason for about 25 years. This place use to be fantastic. I can say with the upmost confidence this place is a dumpster fire waiting to explode. I’ve had better customer service from a Seven Eleven. If you’re looking for an office to just get prescriptions filled then this is the place to go. Do not come here if you expect warm compassionate friendly customer service. 3 out of 4 receptionists are incredibly rude. Be careful with your questions, because if they don’t like your tone in questioning, they will give you a fake name and hang up on you. The last 2 doctors that were seen by my fam had no interest in listening to our concerns. Every appointment that’s been scheduled with the doctor has been kicked back to the NP without permission or notice. The doctors do not respond to emails. The nurses have absolutely no clue what’s in the flu shots or any other vaccines they push. The doctors and nurses have a script, if they are questioned, they become extremely confrontational. Their only concern is pushing their own agenda. If it can be helped, we will never return to Virgina Mason again.

The nurses treated me absolutely amazing. I am still quite young and they were there for me through all of my anxiety I was having. Every issue I had they helped me through and made sure I was comfortable and felt perfectly fine. I would highly recommend!

While out of town I broke my wrist. After returning home I made an appointment at VM Lynnwood. I've had four visits, with x-rays each time. The wait time each visit was minimal, the x-ray technicians very thoughtful and careful with the cast on my arm. Magee and Renee, in Ortho, were great, their expertise is what got me through this whole ordeal, and without surgery! I wholeheartedly recommend this VM staff and location.

.I don't recommend Virginia mason if you have serious/chronic health conditions, as they will neglect you and leave you without a doctor. Scheduling department does not know anything. I tried at least 4 times to get set up with a primary care physician, and every appointment was set up with a doctor who could not be my primary care, or was leaving the practice. I decided to make an appointment at the front desk and avoid the nightmare that is their call center, and about two weeks later they called and said that the doctor changed his schedule, and I could no long be seen for when I scheduled for. I had already traded multiple shifts at work to make this appointment date/time work. I have multiple health issues and have been trying to get a primary care doctor ever since my previous one retired last year, and Virginia mason has made this a very difficult task. I don't want to be writing this review, I've been going to Virginia mason since I was 6 years old and have received excellent care up until recently. But now I'm a 24 year old with multiple serious health issues that have been ongoing for years, and no doctor to take over my care.
