Great kids' birthday spot. The glow in the dark option is super fun for the kids, and only slightly increases the likelihood of injury, AFAICT. Seems like a reasonable trade-off to me. 😂

Staff were extremely friendly. We attended a birthday party with our 2 children, 5 and 1.5 years. The bouncy houses were a bit too much for our 1.5 y.o. but the staff were great about bringing out other toys and things that were more accommodated to her size. They were great about everything, including sanitizing and cleaning each room before groups shifted.

(look at my view count) you will see i do alot of reviews...BEWARE....So lets start I'm only gonna post pictures of the irony of this place, because I am totally against coming here again. I understand policy of wearing masks, but this place is going a little to far. When the kids at 2, 3, and or 5 years old are told that if they do not wear their mask while playing in a bouncy house where they are sweating, exhausted and trying to breathe through this these masks, that your party will be cancelled and thrown out with no reimbursement (Management worlds not mine). Im not a anti mask person but this place has taken it to another level. I Would not recommend this place what so ever take a look at my reviews I don't normally post negative reviews but this place needs to pay more attention to customer service and let a birthday be a birthday. If you're not engaged in activities I would say you have to wear your mask that is fair but while you are on a bouncy house or fully engaged in a activity on the floor where you're running jumping and playing seems a little bully. Lets note that they let the kids share the water faucet and drinking station with no hesitation and have no hand sanitation station anywear, but small children wear your mask...... Stay far away and show this place they xant treat people this way.

Great services and attentive staff. We reserved for our four year olds birthday party with a group of about 15 kids, and their parents. The setup is great, we as the party hosts got to arrive 30minutes early to drop off the party favors, cupcakes, and snacks we were bringing ourselves. Pump it up was providing the pizza and utensils. Everything was great. The party planner and staff were helpful in rounding up the kids and moving from room to room. Everything was cleaned and they wiped the bouncy structures down between kids. Because of Covid they didnt come into the food room once we started but we managed, but they laid out all the plates and everything. This is really a great place for kids.
