Place is very clean. But the technicians are very gentle. Even the man, they massage so gentle. Their deep tissue massage is NOT deep.

I believe walk in's are welcome, but it's definitely recommended you book an appointment to guarantee a spot on their schedule. They can get busy at times, so it's easier to book in advance if you can.
