Quiet for the most part and cleaner than most. Laundry room is always very clean. I feel like the playground needs more attention. There were times that broken glass was all over the AstroTurf and I always would wipe it down with sanitizing wipes and the wipe would become black. Overall this property is kept up pretty well and not too many crazy tenants or loud one either.
