I tried to make reservations online but the system wouldn’t let me make an account. I called the shop and told them and was told not a problem. Just go into the shop, one next to the gondola, and tell them I tried to make a reservation online but was having problems and they would give me the online discount. So perfect. I did just that and the guy who attended me told me that no. Discounts are only for people who reserve online. I told him that I called and was told that I would still receive the discount. His rude response was “it wasn’t me who told you that.” Not only do these policies need to be communicated properly company wide but also I’d get rid of the guy who attended me. Zero customer service. There are nicer ways to tell me that the guy who took my initial call was mistaken and they aren’t supposed to do that.
