Yes, I have seen people use EBT in the store
Usual practices, must wear a mask in the store. Employees wear masks. As they should in CA. Last time I was there I didn't see any cleaning in between customers, but I was only there for a few minutes.
I would check with the local floral shops. Maybe some where in heavenly village area. Sorry I don't have a better answer.
My guess is they have bulk quantities of some items for food service/restaurants
