I’ve been waiting in 3 packages for a month now and I finally am about to get them but the address wasn’t “valid” so it was sent to the post office and I tried to call to see if I could pick my stuff up and no one answered I was on hold for a hour and I never got a pick up

Overflow? A) check your mail regularly B) put a hold if you will be unable to check your mail for more than a few days. Go to the post office and ask. It may still be there...it may have been sent back as unclaimed.
