I just bought a new All City bike from Free Range after visiting the shop for the first time, and I was really impressed by how friendly, knowledgable, speedy, and helpful their staff are. I came in not planning to buy, just browsing, and ended up finding a bike that suits my needs very well, especially given how hard it's been to find bikes and bike components during the pandemic. Moira and Shawna talked me through the build and components of my bike, with tons of useful recommendations. I test rode twice before buying. This shop seems to offer a lot of post-purchase support, and despite being small the service alone makes it worth a visit. I'm looking forward to getting more advice, tune-ups, and parts from this shop in the future.

For the past few years, I've been doing my own bike maintenance on my beloved road bike. I'd like to think that I'm relatively handy but recently realized my bike needed more intense work than I was willing to take on myself. I took it to Free Range Cycles and had them do a full service on it, including new cables/housings, and a new bottom bracket. Nikki did an excellent job! It shifts so smoothly and rides like a dream. I dropped it off in the morning (I had an appointment) and picked it up that afternoon. The cost was reasonable and well worth it. Highly recommended.
