Went in to have my bike chain looked at. Employee was condescending as he evaluated my bike. Bike chain replacement with new break pads were quoted in the hundreds. Double what the bike is worth brand new out the store. He told me any service would take more then a week to get too and then spun the tires and quoted $150 to start plus a few hundred more for the parts... $35 a brake pad plus labor another few hundred. What a rip off. Took it to another place. $120 for the parts labor and tax got it back in a few hours. I think the person just didn't want to help.

Overall pretty good. I live 2 blocks from here and always am greeted and helped when I stop in to grab something. If you need your bike serviced though, go to a smaller local shop that needs the business. Any established shop in town knows what they're doing, you won't be getting superior service at Gregg's and its going to take 3x as long because they are just so busy. If anything you'll get better service at a small shop because they won't have the same backlog to get through.

Chuck at Gregg's was great! I had issues with my brake levers where I could not grip them well. Other bike places told me I had to get spacers installed, but Chuck took the time to examine the levers and made the adjustments for me (no spacers needed) free of charge. He also noticed a couple of other things on my bike and addressed those as well. I can't recommend this place enough!

Came here for a bike wrench and left with what I really wanted. I quick release so I can easily adjust my seat. New pedals and a kick stand!! I'm new to biking and they were really helpful showing me how to take care of my bike. They were great and helped me find what I needed or they would suggest what I might need and show me why. In the end what I added onto the bike was my choice. I learned a lot and got what I needed from this store. I would highly recommend this store. I will definitely be back in the near future ❤️😄

They do have rims and wider tires in store, but it could be expensive
In years passed we have done rentals in the summer months. This season we will not be doing a rentals. Because of limited avaiblity of bikes during the pandemic.
I was told yesterday that they are repairing broken bikes on a first come first serve basis. I had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen.
Yes but only 105 level carbon road bikes and that's seasonal, summer only.
Hi! Gregg's is not a Marin dealer. So we don't carry the Rift. But would be happy to set you up with a test ride on Specialized Stumpjumper ST, Trek Fuel EX, or Cannondale Habit. All are similar to Rift Zone 3, if you'er interested.
