Been there to do boot fitting and binding installation a few times recently. The staff were always super helpful and polite. I just bought 3 pairs of ski boots and then try them on right there to find the best one, then I returned the other two. The whole process was super smooth. I want to especially call out Anya who is just incredibly pleasant to work with.

I live in the Seattle area and ordered skis & boots online on a Friday afternoon. It was delivered the next day without paying for expedited shipping. In addition, a few days later, the skis I purchased went on sale for $40 less. I sent them a quick email asking if I can have the price adjusted based off their low price guarantee, and they immediately took care of it and refunded me the difference. Great place to purchase from & great service!!!

Had a pleasant experience -- went up stairs, shopped for some new bindings, was helped pretty quickly. She broke down the cons and pros based on my budget, and then even gave me a free binding swap with my purchase. Great service, cool spot, wasn't too packed considering it was a Saturday.

I recently had a ski boot fitting here and worked with Andrew. I didn’t know a lot about ski boots and the ideal fit but Andrew walked me through everything. He pulled the perfect pair and shared a lot of information about how to care for them and features of the boot. Very impressed with the level of service and expertise here. Definitely consider their Evo fitting package - it’s a great value and you can make future adjustments to the boots if you need. Highly recommend!

Yes we do! We have a full service ski/snowboard shop downstairs with fast & friendly technicians to wax skis, wax snowboards, sharpen edges, mount bindings, and more!

They are pretty great, the always have someone at the door keeping track of how many people are in to keep it under capacity. Always enough space and very friendly.

Yes, we have a full service bike repair shop! At this time we can not repair ebike motors, but we can work on brakes, wheels, etc.

Yes, evo Seattle has really nice ski and snowboard rentals/demos for $50/day. They also have great bike rental options starting at $30. It's pretty easy to book online or by calling ahead!
evo sells new and lightly used demo snowboards from resort fleets only. They don't buy old snowboards, at least at this time.
