It's been about three months since we purchased a Milano Plus for my wife and we've both been extremely happy with the purchase. As we've recently sold our car, we were initially concerned about our mobility options around Seattle. With her Milano Plus, she's been making multiple trips around town, to coffee shops, visiting friends, heading to the gym, and it's been rock solid the whole time. It's a great bike.

Bought two NCM Moscow e-bikes from this business last year. The bikes are a very good value for their capabilities but the customer service of Leon Cycles is non-existent. I ordered, paid for and now waited two weeks for replacement spokes that broke on the rear wheel of one of the bikes, and have tried without success to contact a human being at the business via Messenger, email and telephone. If I knew then what I know now about the extremely poor customer service and support of Leon Cycles, I would have chosen different e-bikes and a different business to buy them from. Stay away. There are lots of other options in the price range of the bikes this shoddy business sells.

Just got my 29 Moscow plus for Christmas, very impressed with the build quality of this bike. I have ridden and have family members that have very expensive mountain bikes, so I know what quality looks like, this bike is solid. Took it out on my first 15 mile test drive, about 20% uphill, dirt trails, rocky and rut filled dirt roads and this bike performed very well. Got home after 15 miles, and still had 4 bars left on battery. Shipped very fast, easy to put together. I had a question and called and customer service was great, just like all of the other reviews will attest to. I would not hesitate to endorse this bike and Leon cycle to any of my friends. Looking forward to putting a lot of miles on this bike. Pete

I ordered one NCM Prague and one extra battery. I'm fully satisfied with them. They have great customer service and great product. I'm still running this bike without any issue. Obviously I will buy more bike from them and I highly recommend others. Key points: #Price is low than all other vendors. #Quick and efficient free shipment. #if anything wrong happen with your bike you don't need to go to store, just show them picture/video as a proof and you'll get replacement parts which is under warranty. ❤️❤️❤️
