I've been here a few times for repairs of both an electric and non-electric bike. I've always received transparent advice and estimates for both time and cost. Today, I took my tubeless bike in to get the tire sealant replaced. Their repair queue was a week long (not unexpected for late July), but they did me a favor and took care of it right away. And this was done by an employee who wasn't even on shift that day! I didn't have the patience to get the valves replaced but they were able to sell me a tubeless patch kit that came with two extra valves. I couldn't have asked for a better solution!

We don't service scooters, just e-bikes!
Unfortunately EBNW does not work on electric mopeds or motorcycles.
To the best of my knowledge this shop caters primarily to the cycling crowd. It's always worth stopping in and if they don't carry it they can probably tell you who does.
We are currently not doing ebike conversions while we re evaluate our options. Thanks to the new tariffs, the prices have gone up, and the quality has gone down. Especially on the Bafang mid drive kits.
