My concerns were quickly and professionally addressed, I will likely do business at this company. They may not have my bike in stock, however, I can order it and they will put it together for me, to include servicing. I look forward to my E Bike adventure.

Best ebike shop in Seattle! Great staff, knowledgeable and want you to have the right bike for you, no sleazy sales pitching, just good solid info about bikes. AND great support, bought my bike here a year and half ago, and I bring it in anytime I have an issue or just want a tune up.

I walked in to look at E-bikes, when I walked in I was greeted politely. When the person got busy with another customer the shops bike mechanic came up the stairs to offer me help and answer any questions. I had a question of "why my front tire on my mountain bike looked tilted" but he didn't just answer my question he actually brought me down to his work area and showed me what to do and the tool needed to make it straight. He genuinely cared. I will purchase my next bike from Seattle e-bike!

The service here is amazing. I bought a used ebike on OfferUp and it needed a lot of work of course I didn't know that when I bought it. Alex and his team diagnosed many issues over many weeks but at the end of the day I got a bike I love.

No we do not. But we do offer test rides on bikes before you purchase!
They don't sell scooters, but might be open to repair depending on the issue
No we do not.
They don't use patches, they use new tubes, and have many types and sizes.
On most models yes we can.
Some do. The sales folks, John and Alex, will "scoot" you through the features of various models and I got my Emazing brand electric bike here and absolutely love it!
Mary do your own safety research before committing. You can fly today but can't land
I have not seen anything that matches scooters online, pretty much mainly E- Bikes, however I suggest calling them directly and asking them the question.
The Evo AWD Big Bud Pro can go on average 40mi on a charge. It has a top speed of 20mph. Come down for a test ride!
