Wow, I'm shocked at the bad reviews!!! They have been my electric supplier since 2008 in 2 properties, and moving again and was so thrilled to learn that they also service my new property!!! My bills have always been very reasonable, as in highest around $150 in the hottest part of summer and the outages very rare!! When I had AEP prior to that our electric was always going out for days and days, not the co-op, the longest was ever down was with the tornado that came through in June this year, and they worked around the clock to get power back to everyone affected. I am extremely happy the my Co-Op !!! A+++++++

Received a call from Energy Coop for a survery at DINNER TIME. I left a message complaining of this with the Coop on their web page and was contacted by their "customer service" (in double quotes because they weren't). Their ONLY solution was to remove our number from the account, which has the side effect of them NOT being able to contact us AT ALL. The lady who called this morning was RUDE and unhelpful.
