My experience there was no like before. I haven't been there in a year and I was surprised to see there was NO ONE on the floor that I could ask for assistance. It's a shame that when I asked about the tea kettle I was sent to the brew area and there was NONE. When I informed Jennifer the staff member who sent me there she told me she thought a tea kettle and a coffee pot were the same. Seriously??? There was not staff at the regular check out lines I mean no one. Therefore I went to pay at the Return/Exchange line. Marrissa no smile just a face like I don't want to be bothered. As a manager in customer service your staff needs to be retrained in Customer service skills. Know their products and for goodness sake smile. Leave your personal issue at home . So I guess I will take my business to Target,Walmart or the The Bed Bath and Beyond when the staff is pleasant.

Great store for lots of home related products. The store is well laid out, organized and well stocked. There is a section for Keurig coffee pods that has a wide variety of choices that are priced better than most places. They have a good seasonal section. At this visit, the seasonal section had Christmas merchandise. The staff are friendly and helpful.
