Kayla was very helpful and patient with me from the start. The Owner also worked very hard with me to ensure the price was something I could manage. And when I came in, multiple people were willing to help me with all of my questions. Kayla, along with the rest of the team gave me the confidence to mount on my bike for my first big ride! Dutchess Recreational Vehicles is truly above a five star rating in my opinion. I was extremely fortunate that they had the exact motorcycle I wanted there, but I was even more so blessed to work with such a staff as this. Ms. Kayla assisted me through the whole process, she is amazing. But from sales, to the gentleman back in parts, to the ladies in finance and everything in between, their customer service is exceptional. They have a really sweet dog there as well😊. I'm new to the area and they treated me like family from the start and it hasn't stopped. They answered all questions I had about my bike and the process of purchasing. My credit union approved me for 6.09 APR and Dutchess approved me for half of that. Needless to say, I financed in house. Before I could go through with the purchase I had to get the final approval from my spouse and during that time, the team wasn't pushy, they were very understanding. Once I got the green light, Dutchess Recreational Vehicles had my paperwork ready to go. The day I picked up my bike, the paperwork process was a breeze, they took their time and made sure I understood everything. After I signed and received my paperwork, I looked up and my bike was outside waiting on me🤯. I had a great experience with Dutchess Recreational Vehicles and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase or just thinking about purchasing in the near future, this is the place to go. And yes, I would definitely buy another bike from them as well.

I was in the market for my first motorcycle. The dealership was a four hour drive from my house but they had the bike I was looking at in inventory. It was totally worth the drive, Jeff was a great help throughout the entire process. As far as prices go I feel they were more then fair. I bought a new 2020 bike and Jeff and I were quick to agree on an out the door price. I was seeing the same bike used at other dealerships with thousands of miles on them advertised for a similar price I paid for a brand new one at Dutchess. The entire Dutchess Recreational Vehicle team were extremely supportive and made the entire process for a newbie motorcycle buyer a comfortable experience. Unfortunately the weather did not permit me to ride my new bike home so they loaded the bike in my truck and taught me how to properly secure it.
