SO! I totally get a moment to myself. In the store find a REAL GOOD DEAL on a profuct. Go to checkout where one clerk is dealing with about 6 customers. Get to the register and he's not old enough to ring up the product... Go to the other end of the store wait on 7 customers my turn at the register and clerk decides to put on a hi-vis vest and go on a mission into the parking lot. Leaving me standing waiting yet again. I'm patient cause I'm not working. But took like 35 minutes to get out..... Just sayin.. That's my Sunday....anyway i found a deal...

I had an issue with a online order. The product was supposed to be there but there was only one left and it was defective. I explained the situation to Mark the manager and he was absolutely phenomenal with his resolution to this situation. He was very patient with me as I was able to drive to the Store shortly before closing. He was able to get me a official NFL size autograph football. It was twice the size of the one I originally wanted to get. This is going to be a giveaway for a family Super Bowl so he was kind enough to work me out a excellent price on this football. My cousins and I have been doing our annual football party for 42 years and I am going to tell them and everybody else I know about how Dick’s Sporting Goods and Mark-really stepped up to make this happen. Since I manage a very high-volume Panera I will also tell everybody else I know of his outstanding service and kindness to treat me as a loyal Dick’s sporting goods member for over 20 years

I just wanted to inform you about a highly knowledgeable and experienced employee you have working at the Lodge Department by the name of Danny. My rifle scope was completely misaligned, and for the life of me, I could not hit my target. Danny, working at the firearms lodge, explained to me what was wrong with the scope and what I needed to purchase to make it accurate. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was very patient with me and explained the pros and the cons in regards to the scope. Thank you Danny for making my experience pleasant, and I will definitely make that my permanent location for rifles, ammunition, and scopes.
