I have used recycle depot for years, almost 10 roll off dumpsters of all sizes. The drivers are always very nice and accommodating. The people that answer the phones and schedule deliveries are also known to make the impossible actually happen. I would definitely recommend them.

Use to have great service and we gave them our business because of that. Now the woman who answers the phone sounds miserable and is rude and unprofessional. In addition to the fact that garbage pick up is delayed every other week because of driver issues. Price went up without notification as well. We like to support local, but these people are just like everyone else now and don’t deserve the business with such poor attitude for customer service. Remember who keeps you in business.

Our bad experience with Recycle Depot. Our roofing contractor ordered a dumpster and wanted to put wood under the rollers when it was delivered; but the driver refused. A different Recycle Depot driver picked up the dumpster several days later. Attached are a couple of the photos we have showing the damage to our driveway. We sent an online message and written letters to Recycle Depot about the damage and have received absolutely no response. Edit to Owner's Response: Your responses are not correct. See picture #1 with our contractor standing with wood in hand when the dumpster was dropped off. Yes, our driveway had some cracks, but it was never meant for heavy construction vehicles. Wood under the dumpster would have helped. When the pick-up driver came (different driver than drop-off), he was unable to line-up and said he had to push the dumpster back to hook-up and may damage the driveway. My wife told the driver to wait until she could phone me. The driver DID NOT wait and proceeded to push back and damage the driveway. Regarding addressing with us, we received NO response to an email or three mailed letters. The only response was to our on-line review (which we only posted because of no response to our email or letters). We just want to let other potential residential customers to be wary of possible damage to their driveways similar our experience.

Can't think of anything good. Last conversation with Nancy was she "couldn't tell me the long list of reasons why my trash wasn't picked up yesterday". One excuse after another. I said if they could just send out an email or something I wouldn't be calling. She said it will be picked up today and hung up on me. I don't see Residential Trash pick up for very long in Recycle Depot future in 2022. I certainly can see why drivers keep quitting. I have never had a good experience here, just plain "Rude"! Moving on to a more courteous and professional company. Good luck if you are staying a customer. Happy New Year!
