When Licking County residents have to go to Franklin County to recycle hazardous waste, TVs and reusable construction materials, there is no point in funding a recycle group in Licking County.

HOW DO I DISPOSE OF PAINT? Paint can be disposed of in your household trash after it is COMPLETELY dry. Add cat litter, crumpled newspaper, or commercial paint dryer product to speed up the drying process. Aerosol paint can be sprayed onto scrap cardboard until empty, and the COMPLETELY empty cans can be recycled in the public recycling bins with plastic caps and spray tips removed. Consider donating usable paint to local/school theater or art departments.
