Came to this practice for the first time today and fell in love with the kindness and openness of the staff-from the friendly receptionist when you're first checked in, to the observent nurse doing your intake & vitals, to the wonderfully educated NP. They make themselves available to truly be there to serve women in the community in a kind and non-judgmental environment. They answered all my questions (for real, a ton) in a manner that spoke confidentiality, knowledge, and made me feel comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you again, ladies. ♡

I appreciate the time taken to answer any and every question that I had. It can be an uncomfortable experience being so vulnerable but my Nurse Practitioner made me feel very at ease and comfortable throughout the visit.

Talk with your prescriber. There are other types of birth control instead of pills that don't contain any lactose that you can be changed to.
