So we contacted this place 2 weeks ago, as I found their shop on Etsy for wedding invitations. They told us to send them the graphic to make sure it was ok, pay on Etsy, and they'd have it done in two days. I did all that, fixed my design to the sizes they needed, paid on Etsy and waited 5 days with nothing, no call or email. So I called on Monday, he said to come in Tuesday and he would have it done. I came in today, and it was wrong. The RSVP cards had no address on the back, the invitations were not printed double sided which I paid extra for, and he had to ask if I included envelopes. Truly, no big deal though, I understand mistakes happen. I came back an hour later, they cut them a little more precisely for me, and they looked so much better. However, I just got all the way to my fiance in Columbus and saw that the zip code on the postcards is incorrect; now I have to go back a 3rd time and am less happy about it. The guy i spoke to and worked with was SO nice, but please pay better attention, this is now going to cost me the gas to come back to Newark sooner than I meant to. I shouldn't have had to proofread these, the shop had literally all of the information provided twice over, and that's part of your printing job. It is very iffy if I recommend to anyone now because of this. I will also be posting on Etsy.

Placed an order, was told it would be ready at the begining of the week, called Wednesday to see when we could come get it joe said it should be done Thursday I called back on Thursday and Joe said it should be ready tomorrow at that point I said if it wasn't ready by noon I will just need to cancel. He said check back in the morning. Here it is Friday at 11, we called to check and Joe said I thought you didn't want it. So this place is a joke. I recommend you go anywhere else but here if you really need something done within the time frame that they give you.

Melody is very nice, talented, and friendly. I have given this place of business 5 stars before but the installation department is unprofessional. I scheduled an installation 2 weeks out and paid for it before the decals were designed. On the day of installation, I was informed that something came up (after I had already arrived) and told that I would need to wait a few more days. Every part of this business gets 5 stars with the exception of the installation which has dragged down my rating.

Had them do many jobs in the past no problem. I sent them a bigger job. Had them walk threw the store before they quoted me. Ended up hiring them. Long story short Install day came they messed up on sign said they would be back in a week to fix. No big deal I paid in full. 2 weeks go by sign isn't fixed. And the signs they installed inside are bending bad. I called and they said got busy and will fix it all. okay cool. Well 4 months go buy nothing. So I called again. was told they will have it fixed soon. 5 months go buy and finally they come and fix the one sign and take a interior sign, to find a fix. Well 6 months go by still not fixed. 6 and a half moths go by so I stop in to get answers on why this project isn't done. They say they will refund the money. Okay They hand me a check and its missing a refund on the taxes I paid. I bring this to their attention and I was told they all ready paid the tax. Okay? I said well I still need a refund on that as this is not a $2700 job any more. They get irate and tell me to take the check or leave it I will not get taxes back. So I am firm saying I need those back. And he tells me to get out. And threatens to call the cops. And tells me he isn't afraid to kick me out. and comes out behind the counter yelling and screaming. I proceed to leave. All I wanted was the job done that I paid for.
