I was employed here through agency. I love the residents that I was able to work with. The staff here treated me like trash. I was RECENTLY put out of they’re building , they lied on me because a resident fell and they’re in house CNA was assigned to the patient, she was out taking several breaks! I was down the hall busy making my rounds and I was charged as if I was such a horrible person! They reached out to the company I work for and told them so many lies on me. ALL because I guess they was trying to PROTECT THEYRE in house CNA! We were all assigned to different slots and the resident that fell wasn’t assigned to my slot. They BLACKMAIL me! They called my company giving me the charge of someome else work! I DIDNT COME THIS FAR FROM HOME TO BE TREATED LIKE IM NOT A HUMAN! I was lied on , my name was lied on! Any nurse any CNA can vouch for me (which they’re NOT) that I’m a good worker and I can and will get my job done! I’ve been calling the facility all day trying to get my statement that I wrote last night but they’re making up all kinds of lies like they can’t give it to me. The DON treated us terrible last night as well! She is trying to give me a charge of neglect on my license! I WAS WRONGLY DNR AND I WILL FIGHT AND PROCTECT MY IMAGE!

I have been a CNA for nearly 10 years. I briefly worked for this facility and during that experience I have never witnessed such a large scale of abuse by staff. On my first night working, a resident found a ciggarette container stuffed full with marijuana. No staff was drug tested. Many of the staff openly discussed trading drugs or drug use from meth to Suboxone ( which was traded in the basement by two individuals in front of me ). Due to short staffing, a resident nearly passed away by choking on his food. This resident was not supposed to eat alone as to prevent choking though he was left alone. In the oxygen storage room there are snakes. Several snakes have been caught in hallways and in or near resident's rooms. A resident reported abuse to me - she described having water and soap violently sprayed in her mouth and nose during a shower and my report to my charge nurse was ignored.
