Beds are very uncomfortable. There are not enough aids and it takes a long time after you press the call button. The nurse refused to take out my IV line that was no longer useful. Had to go to hospital ER and it costs money that I really don't have.

The entire staff has took the time to came and introduce themselves to me , and each explained to me what they are going to help me do during my time here. They have all been very helpful.

They killed my grandfather. Pretty straightforward scenario -- military like vaccine requirements for visitors, but nothing for staff. Grandfather got COVID, most assuredly from a staff member unwilling to receive a vaccine, then died 3 days later. Now, months after his death, they continue to send mysterious bills, and as if their malpractice wasn't enough, predatory billing follows it up. Go elsewhere if you prefer your family member to, you know, stay alive.
