On the last day of 8/7/2022, we had Jiro-style pork bone ramen, which is a limited menu for 3 days commemorating the 9th anniversary. I confirmed by phone in advance that there are still three original T-shirts available on a first-come, first-served basis. When I arrived at the store, a couple suddenly got two T-shirts. I ordered in a hurry and got the last T-shirt. I was lucky. It has a good sense with a portrait of the president in black background and a copy of Tower Records. The essential ramen is thickly sliced char siu, bean sprouts, and condiments such as soybean miso. The garlic penetrates through the gutsuri system. The curly thick noodles are different from the normal pork bone thin noodles, but they go well with the Jiro style. The char siu is rich with fat. I uttered one word in my mouth. Similarly San Jose's Ramen Champ is famous for Jiro, but it has more punch than Champ. According to the store manager, it will be added to the menu every day for a limited time. Good news for Jiro fans. Even if it's $18, you'll know when you eat it. It's cheap. According to the store manager, this amount is likely to be lost as it sells at the last minute. There is a possibility of a slight price increase, but this is a good deal. I was surprised by the store manager because I accidentally changed the ball, but I was full and took two fried chicken home. After all, it seems that he launched the Jiro system against the chef of Champ as a friend. If you come to San Jose, I definitely recommend eating and comparing these two types of Jiro-style ramen.

Great gyoza, great ramen. The broth is really rich, and the noodles taste fresh and chewy. The gyoza are homemade!

I think they do
No
Not really. You CAN get a large (>4 people) in there but your wait is likely to be long unless you hit it during less crowded times. Its a very small space and theres frequently a wait even for 4 people.
It's average priced for ramen in the area. You can keep it fairly cheap if you dont order drinks/appetizers.
Nah, just good food.
They do have one vegetarian option in the ramen category and about 4 starters that you can choose from. Don't worry the ramen will be more than satisfactory
