The first time I went there I had an amazing experience, the salespeople were amazing and really polite. The second time I went with a friend because I suggested she should go to this store to get her piercings, but unfortunately the woman (I don't know her name, but she had orange short hair) who attends us was SUPER rude and impatient, and also at the end when we arrived home yesterday one of the piercings have defect and we are afraid of coming there today and be the same woman :(

Went there 2 times in a day. They weren't very informing to what were the requirements to get pierced. I brought in 2 forms of identification and my mom with me and I didn't know they required a birth certificate if our last names didn't match. The lady there was also a cold. Not a very pleasant experience.

If your piercing is slightly hanging out but not all the way out try pushing it back through, if it wont go through you may have to repierce! Piercings are supposed to be cleaned and left in for around 6 months before you can replace any jewelry
