bad service, we asked for self-service, but we needed the large glass that is not next to the teas, we have to wait for someone to deliver us but there is no one for this function, when we ask the woman who was at the counter she asks us to go to another one counter that there was no one again we waited, and there were big glasses on her side, only she was willing to deliver us, anyway I don't recommend looking for another franchise, it's not worth the stress

Probably this is the worst Panera location ever. In multiple aspects. Hard to put them all down. Let me put down just one thing. Today my order is more than 30 minutes late than supposed time. And it's still not here.

The lady that helped me was very nice, the name on the receipt was Danny ...and my breakfast sandwich was yummy!!
