As usual worst Fedex service. I think they just dont know how to talk to their customers. These guys dont know what they are doing :(

Lost my $40 shipment despite me scanning it and putting it in their drop bin. The other shipment that I dropped off on the same day made it fine and I received receipts for both shipments so it's definitely an error on their part. Called and they said to file a claim online which was denied because they said they never received the package even though I have an emailed receipt showing I dropped it off and now I can't figure out how to "forward the documentation" showing I gave them the item because they don't give any email address and if I reply to their email it bounces. Guess I'll have to call them and spend another hour on the phone in addition to the 1-2 hours I already spent talking to them and the central location they transferred me to.

Horrible customer service! Ana, a store manager at the location was very rude & had a very insulting and racist tone!!! I’m considering suing FedEx for this unprofessional behaviour by their employee.
