The owner was incredibly rude to my mother for not wanting to spend $70 on shipping. When I confronted him over the phone about it because she was upset and offended he was very argumentative. His wife is always very kind to us but I would say - DO NOT GO HERE. Plenty of other options in town with good service!

I do not recommend this mail business. They say they do FedEx, UPS and USPS, walked in there today and the guy didn’t even look at me or say hi. I asked about dropping a package which has USPS prepaid label and he said they don’t accept USPS packages even though there was a USPS box filled with USPS packages! Zero professionalism.

They have no clue what "customer service" is. You can tell the man working here hates his job. Read their reviews and you'll see they have a lot more negative reviews than any other Pak Mail location. Their 5-Star reviews are FAKE! (Example: One even claims to live in Houston but drives all the way to this store, just to mail items) I mean if your going to put fake reviews up at least try to be creative with your lies.
