The property is in a nice location. Nice views. Management has been nothing but helpful and respectful. They communicated with us throughout the whole process. Reading some of these reviews it’s hard to see what they are saying but everyone has an opinion. The pool has been opened since I moved in and they have sent us emails about the gates and even resident events. This is a nice place and I like it so far.

If I could do 0 stars I would!! This apartment complex has the most horrible customer service in the office! Rude women or men whatever it was and the manager Michelle is just as rude and they will not answer the phone at all so don’t even try.They will not inform you that they canceled anything and then take your deposit $250 the police is always up there because of how the staff acts with the residence, I just found out the reason why there’s so many cars parked outside. The gate It’s because they will tow your car even if you have a visitor pass.What a joke this place is!!! Don’t move here!!!!!!

Edit: management doesn’t respond to anything but reviews on here. And if you go in person, they wave you off with one word answers. Pool is closed again despite the lack of closed signs. Beware if you decide to enter with the code. Was just told by the office that there is an electric current in the water. It was open a few weeks back, but the electric issue has changed that. Workers recklessly moving old heavy appliances down the stairs. Was in a meeting when my apartment started literally shaking due to this.

Trash everywhere, pool shut down for months at a time, bugs everywhere, pest control is impossible to get to come over, the leasing office is impossible to get a hold of and when you can get a hold of someone there they don’t have the necessary permissions to see your emails. Michelle the leasing manager is “always in a meeting” but whenever I show up to the office is always taking personal calls.
