One of the worst apartments you can live in! I lived there for 1 year and 4 months (10months then 6months renewal), half the time I wasn’t there due to traveling. Trash service was total garbage as they’ll forget to pick up at least once a week. Mailroom was rarely cleaned. Maintenance was pretty quick though. Leasing office is nice while you’re a tenant but as soon as you leave they will charge you to get your money. My apartment was kept clean as I was rarely there but they wanted to charge me for dirty carpet and blind damage, which is not true at all. I asked for photos and haven’t heard back and doubt they’ll bother to respond. If you have a better option, please choose that one.

I would never rent this apartment ever again I faced a lot of problems: 1) Mail room: the mail room is far away from most of the buildings. If you don’t have a car it’s very hectic to carry heavy packages to your apartment. 2) Elevator : Although I am paying a lot for the rent the elevator was not working. I complained the leasing but they said they have another another elevator in the building. The leasing agent does not even know there is only a single elevator in the building I am staying. Giving out misinformation is what I not liked. Also, when I was moving out the elevator was not working and I had a horrible time carrying my stuff from the fourth floor by the stairs. 3) Maps : the maps don’t tell you where the elevators, mail room etc is. The Addison is so huge, it should atleast have a proper map. Again, I would like you to rethink if you ever decide to stay in this apartment.

Moved here 4 days ago (Wednesday the 7th) from Denver so I never got to tour the complex in person just through pictures. Liz, the leasing agent, knew this and didn't even offer to give me a tour of the complex. Went to the office the next day and had to ask where the mail room and package room was... they didn't even show me, they just pointed me in the direction of it. I go to the office again Friday to complain about fire ants in my apartment because I keep getting bitten and find them everywhere! The manager says the pest control company will be on site Tuesday to take care of it... I call the office saturday to complain about the ant situation again and Liz is useless and keeps telling me she knows it's "frustrating" but there's nothing the community can do till Tuesday. They can't rush it. She said I can take matters into my own hands and buy traps on my own, so I ask if I get reimbursed for it and her reply was "thats something the community manager will be able to answer and she isnt back till monday". I have to wait three days before my concern is taken care of because I'm being bitten constantly! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I'm not happy with the service of the staff here except for Kimberly.
