I have been living here at Canyon Creek for almost two years now. I must admit that the service has been somewhat decent here until I met one property manager, that well exceeded my expectations of how property management should help tenants. Sheniq had helped me solved a few issues I was experiencing at this complex including necessary adjustments to my lease renewal and repairs to my unit. Sheniq wasted no time and went straight to business and I am very pleased with her level of professionalism, response time, and determination to satisfy all the tenants' concerns at Canyon Creek. Im SUPER HAPPY that I chose Canyon Creek as our new community to move in to! There are so many amazing things about this move-in experience that I can go on for days. For anybody considering Canyon Creek Apartments, allow me to paint a picture of the perfection we've experienced so far. 1) immediately upon entering the leasing office, the vibes were set with the upbeat daytime jazz, the cleanliness of the property, the upbeat positive energy of the staff, and most importantly the pleasant greetings & attentiveness by both the awesome Property Manager Sheniq and All-Star Leasing Agent Nikki B. I instantly had that warm comfortable feeling of being at home 2) We loved working with Nikki! She was super attentive, informative & straight to the point with no added fluff, smoke and mirorrs. Not only was she knowledgeable on all the important details but she was super responsive on phone calls and emails throughout the application process. 3) One of the most important things Canyon Creek did for us is that they understood that we make our living in the Austin live music industry as self-employed artists, so they really took that into consideration during the application process knowing that we dont get paid via salary paystubs and chose to reflect on the income in our Bank Statements that prove the income is coming in. To other artists and workers in the Austin live music industry, I highly recommend working with Canyon Creek Apartments if you're looking for a new place to live. 4) Upon moving in, we also had the pleasure of meeting On-Site Service Manager Kenn. This guy is a go-getter, respectful, & attentive person who made sure since day 1 that we had all new appliances and a nice, clean new apartment. Just another example of the great staff they have at Canyon Creek. I sincerely mean that and it's no lip-service B.S. To sum it up, this has been an amazing experience moving in to Canyon Creek and I highly recommend this property to anybody looking for an apartment in Austin

Our experience has been pretty good at Canyon Creek. There have a number of maintenance issues due to the apartments being a little older, but Ken and his team are always on the spot to get the job done swiftly in a timely manor . Thank you Ken!
