DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I lived here for 3 years and was an amazing tenant who always paid rent early, hardly ever called the office unless there was a major issue I was having, and always took care of my apartment. I moved out recently and even though there was not one thing damaged in my apartment and it being throughly cleaned (every room cleaned, carpet vacuumed, sinks and tubs cleaned, refrigerator cleaned, stove cleaned, hardwood floors swept and mopped, everything) they still withheld part of my security deposit that should have been refunded in full. When I contacted the rude property manager Eve Torres about the issue she said it was due to me not shampooing the carpet so I paid for it to be shampooed for the next tenant. The carpet was less than a year old because it had to be replaced when a pipe burst in my apartment last year and flooded it and not one spill had ever occurred on the carpet plus I vacuumed before I moved out but who shampoos carpet before moving out of an apartment? Carpet is supposed to be replaced in between tenants but they don't do that because they are greedy, cheap, and don't care about their tenants. If they chose to shampoo the carpet rather than replacing it as they should that is not the previous tenants responsibility. No where in my lease does it state the carpet has to be shampooed before moving out. I brought in my lease and Eve Torres couldn't show me where my lease stated this even though she told me it was there. She was very nasty and told me she didn't have time to show me where this was stated in the lease and said she would email me a photo of the lease I signed with that part highlighted. Well it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard a thing (that's because she knows no where in the lease does it state the carpet must be shampooed prior to moving out). Another one of my neighbors moved out and she was charged for a window that she didn't break. They will make up anything to keep your deposit so beware. Also the rent goes up every year but they never update anything, these apartments are old, outdated, and ran by incompetent, rude, and greedy property managers! Stay anywhere but here unless you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money!

Horrible place to live. Trash everywhere, always smells like weed, prices continue to go up yet nothing is ever updated. Manager is rude, snippy, and unhelpful, maintenance takes forever to come fix an issue inside the home. Exterminator rarely comes. Lawn is unkept and littered upon. Appliances are so old they are barely workable. All of the staged pictures that the apartment complex has posted (pool, gym, entry, playground, etc.) are all fake- it does not look like that in person. Everybody’s entryways and staircases all throughout each building are broken, falling apart and just ugly. I could go on and on.

This is definitely not a place to move into. I’ve been here a year going on two and Managers and Maintenance are the worst. When I first moved in my walls were not smooth, the doors had holes in them. The ceilings had water damage stains etc. The light pole outside did not work and wasn’t working for years before I moved in. You express your concerns and they don’t take it seriously. I had to personally call Duke Energies to report the light pole when I first moved in. When it comes to maintenance repairing anything they are the sloppiest as they come. They don’t fix anything professionally and except you to be okay with that. They don’t clean up after themselves when they are working. They don’t show any concerns about how the property looks if your in the back of the building. They do not have a district manager to contact. It’s just not a place to consider. Please do yourself a favor and look for better. I am!

I moved in a few months ago, so far everything is good. The apartments are not updated which I already knew because the model is not updated. The apartment looked good when I moved in. there was a few issues but were immediately taken care of when I called in. The office staff was nice the two times that I went there. There is no playground for the kids and the pool area is eh not the best, however I do look forward to going to the gym it looks decent but it’s closed due to the pandemic oh and so is the office! They are there but you got to speak to them While the door is closed which I don’t understand! My neighbors are really nice so far! Overall it’s okay
