Lived at Parkway for 2 years and I really liked it. Travis, in the leasing office, was always so attentive and pleasant. He was like a friend to me within 2 weeks of moving in. Things always got done there. Maintenance requests were always completed within 24 hours. I felt super safe and loved the garage and pool. I would have lived there for another 10 years if I didn’t leave NOLA. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Parkway while i completed my residency and i would recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay in NO. It’s safe, clean, and Travis and Gladys are wonderful holding it down in the leasing office. If something went wrong, they would have things handled sometimes in that same day. Perfect location as well

Hi Tricia! All of our apartments are already wired and set up for Circa's internet service, so if you choose to go with them it is a quick and easy set up. Set up of your account is done the day you move in, since you have to be inside of your apartment to use the quick-connect portal. Instructions on how to connect are listed inside of the Welcome Letter, which residents receive at move in. Circa's internet packages start at $24.95. Hi Jonathan. Thanks for reaching out to us. The elevators are mopped daily, and the floors are attended to with daily mopping schedules. Additionally, when we see a spill that needs attention, the halls are spot mopped. It is a large property, so we welcome our residents to report any issues they see to our rental office so that we can address them immediately. Also - we don't recognize your name from our rent roll. If you are a friend of one of our residents, please know that they can receive a resident referral bonus if you choose to lease at Parkway. We also have some unbeatable leasing specials going on right now.
Hi Angie You can see any available apartments at https://www.parkwaynola.com/floorplans/ There are no ground floor apartments, but we do have apartments around the pool and courtyard with private yards, on the 3rd floor.
Ms. Crandle Parkway Apartments is all market rate apartments, and does not have any low income or section 8 units.
